Garlicky Hing Chicken Fry


Ingredients

•500 grams chicken cut into medium pieces
•1 tbsp black pepper powder
•8-9 cloves of garlic finely minced
•1 tsp hing
•Salt as per taste
•3 green chillies slit
•Mustard Oil for frying

•Coriander leaves for garnish

Process

Marination

•Mix the chicken, black pepper powder, minced garlic, hing and salt. Marinate for atleast 2 hours.

Final Step

•Heat 1 tbsp mustard oil in a wok.

•Add the marinated chicken and fry on high flame for 2-3 mins.
•Simmer the flame and cook the chicken until cooked.
•During the last 1 minute of cooking, add the green chillies.

Note: If you want a very little gravy, add ½ cup water atleast 5 mins before the cooking ends.

Serving


Dish out hot and garnish with green coriander leaves!!!
