Ingredients •2 green banana, skin peeled and cut into 3 pieces •1 medium potato cut into halves •1 medium beet root, coarsely chopped (so kababs will have a bite in it) •1 small onion finely chopped •1 green chilli finely chopped •2 tsp ginger garlic paste •1 tsp roasted cumin powder •2 tsp roasted coriander powder •1 tsp red chilli powder •1 tsp turmeric powder •Black salt as per taste •2 tsp chat masala •Salt as per taste •Finely chopped almonds, cashews etc any dry fruits 15-20 pieces •1 tsp ghee •1 tbsp lightly roasted besan powder •Chopped green coriander leaves •Juice of half lemon •Oil as required Process •Boil the green banana and potato.
