Chicken Khalbali



 Mix 250 grams boneless chicken with 1/2 tbsp mustard paste, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, salt, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp curd, 1 tsp each black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric, and salt as per taste.

 Marinate for 30 mins.
 In a pan saute roughly chopped 1/2 medium onion, 2 tsp each of chopper ginger and garlic, 3 green chillies. Saute for 2-3 mins.
 Add the chicken and saute for 3-4 mins.
 Add 1/2 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp aamchur or chat masala and salt as per taste.
 Mix well, add water and simmer.
 Simmer until chicken is cooked.
 Add chopped green coriander leaves.
