Boil egg...cut into half...prepare a
mixture of 2 tbsp sooji, 1/2 tbsp each of maida and besan...coat the yolk side
with this powder mixture...and shallow fry on the yolk side on low heat…
Cut onions into square size and finely
chop garlic and ginger...slit 2-3 green chillies...
Add oil in a pan. add the onions,
garlic, ginger and green chillies...add capsicum if you like it...fry for 2-3
mins...
In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp of tomato sauce,
1/2 tbsp soya, 1 tbsp green chilli sauce, 1/2 tbsp vinegar with 2 cups of
water. Pour this mixture in the pan and bring to a boil.
Adjust the seasoning by black pepper
and black salt
After 1 min of boiling, lower the
flame...
Add the fried eggs with yolk side
up...
And let it simmer for 4-5
mins....don't turn the eggs on yolk side down...
Keep or dry the water depending on
what you want to eat with...
